Part of a working farm set amidst 2000 acres of countryside, Daltote Equestrian Centre offers horse and pony riding opportunities to all ages and abilities. Based on the shores of Loch Sween, just twelve miles from Lochgilphead, the centre is easily accessible by road. Lessons, cross-country rides, trekking and show jumping are all available from the centre; that comprises a 150 acre cross-country course, outdoor show jumping area and use of the surrounding countryside and hills. The centre has a prolific childrens riding programme each week and also arranges 'Own a Pony for a Day' events for children during the summer holidays. Approved by the Trekking and Riding Society of Scotland, the centre is staffed by qualified instructors.
